I can make you a striking wooden business sign, most people spend somewhere between £125 and £450.
....and look at the size! Typical size somewhere between 750 and 1000mm wide and 200 to 500mm high and a thickness of either 22mm or up to 50mm.

For a sign with an additional large 2D full colour illustration prices start at £450 and with 3D sculpture starting at £800. I'm a pragmatist and although I design and make art all day long, I use it to commercial advantage, I use it to spell out a campaign, create a social media hot spot or inspire a passive message. Here are examples of the use of art in 2D and 3D form, for commercial signage aimed at diversity and inclusion for a public beach.
The concept of using a footprint and the content wording was supplied to me by my local authority client. They wanted an eco-friendly sign that is eye catching and engaging and has their logo branding. I made a batch of this sign to be spaced along a public beach. I designed this 2D footprint which is heavily built, robust and suitable for permanent outside installation in the harsh seaside environment.
You may have noticed, that the other footprint sign was very male – Neanderthal like. Here is a very contemporary and slender foot, seen from above and highly decorated to draw attention to some of the obvious diverse and inclusive representations of today's society. More fun, more attractive, more with it.
